Dr. Chatoo graduated in 1987 from the School of Optometry at the University of Waterloo. After graduation, she continued to Pennsylvania College of Optometry to complete her residency. Returning to Toronto in 1988, she worked part-time in a busy downtown group practice and simultaneously taught part-time at the School of Optometry.

She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and has completed extensive courses in the therapeutic management of eye disease and laser vision correction. Although the practice looks after the visual needs of patients from 5 months to 97 years, Dr. Chatoo has 20 years of combined service and an especially keen interest in pediatrics and specialty contact lens fitting.

She is married with three children and enjoys old movies, gardening, and collecting antique eyeglasses in her spare time. She also speaks Gujurati.

Dr. Liu completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiology at McGill University. She then continued her studies at the University of Waterloo, where she completed her Doctor of Optometry degree with Dean’s Honours. She is licensed to fit contact lenses including ortho-keratology lenses (Ortho-K), diagnose ocular diseases, and prescribe therapeutics. She has special interests in dry eye management and myopia control.
Dr. Liu has completed her clinical externships in Sarnia, ON and Grande Prairie, AB. During this time, she developed proficiency in managing ocular conditions such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy. She served as an executive member with the Contact lens Interest Club and Low Vision Interest Group. She is a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrist.
Dr. Liu is fluent in Mandarin and is accepting patients of all ages. During her spare time, she enjoys travelling, hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
